The role

Associate/Associate Consultant - Security Specialist function is to own and collaborate with the team in terms of delivering and supporting security solutions based on
customer requirements and industry knowledge. Monitor and manage CrowdStrike platforms to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats. Analyze threat intelligence and provide recommendations for mitigating risks. Implement and configure CrowdStrike solutions to align with security policies and organizational needs. Assist in integrating CrowdStrike tools with other security solutions to optimize overall system performance and protection. Configure URL filtering policies to enable safe web usage and reduce malware incidents. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to URL filtering policies and their configuration. Provide recommendations for optimization, including data accuracy, asset correlation, and security enforcement improvements. Identify and add missing asset sources to improve completeness of inventory. Customize dashboards to align with key stakeholders' requirements (e.g., security teams, IT operations, compliance teams). What we need to see from you

Minimum 4to 8 years demonstrated ability working in a Security Operation Centre monitoring, detecting, triaging and supporting security solutions  Hands experience into Crowdstrike and SentinelOne Implementation skills is must. Knowledge of threat analysis, intrusion detection, and malware analysis. Strong understanding of endpoint detection and response (EDR) concepts. Ability to analyze large data sets for threat patterns and indicators of compromise (IoCs). Familiarity with security frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, or ISO 27001. Experience with automation and scripting tools, such as Python or PowerShell, to streamline cybersecurity processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Have a good understanding and awareness of 2 or more of the following:

Ø Trend Micro Deep Security
Ø Trend Micro ApexOne
Ø Qualys Guard / Metasploit / Nessus Tenable
Ø Microsoft M365 MDM, Security and Compliance
Ø Splunk Enterprise and Security
Ø CyberArk Exposure to ISO 27001, PCI related certification and compliance practices
Awareness and expertise of using at least 1 Enterprise Ticketing system
ITIL processes in supporting Security Solutions and Service Delivery Microsoft certifications of 1 or many such as MCSA, MS-100, MS-101 and MS-500 preferred Technical Certifications of 1 or many in TrendMicro, FireEye, Proofpoint, Qualys, Cisco, Cloud Raxak, KnowBe4, Splunk, CyberArk, Okta, Digital Guardian, McAfee CASB Security Products Preferred Job Function
