4 – 8 years of experience with SAP ABAP having handled 3 to 4 Support or implementation projects as SAP ABAP developer / Consultant/ Architect. 2 Required Technical Skill Set** - Experience with 6-10 years on SAP-ABAP with strong knowledge and excellence on RICEFW delivery capabilities. - Must have worked minimum 3 to 4 full lifecycle SAP implementation and Support projects. - Must have Strong experience in Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Forms, Enhancements. - Strong experience in ODATA, OO-ABAP and Adobe Forms - Must have Strong experience in Debugging, Analyzing and enhancing the standard objects. - Must have Strong experience on code performance optimization, best practices & HANA native features. - Expertise on ABAP on HANA is added advantage. - Good knowledge in CDS - Must be well versed with ABAP 7.x coding standards and using Eclipse. - Good Knowledge on Business processes and knowledge on SD, MM, FICO, WM. - Knowledge/Experience on cross platform skills is added advantage. - Knowledge/Experience on ABAP – WebDynPro is added advantage. - Knowledge/Experience on any other cross-platform skills is added advantage. - Able to link the business wish to an IT solution - Eager to learn and become a Sr. SAP consultant - Able to work independently and with others; self-directed; take initiative to solve problems and overcome Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** 1. SAP ABAP Standard , debugging very strong skills 2. Should be strong in IDOC and must have working experience in previous assignments 3. Communication between ECC and Legacy systems and technical settings for communication of SAP with NON SAP with external systems such as customs server third party systems 4. Solid knowledge of the SAP ABAP and SAP Hana ABAP 5. Good-to-Have 1. Experience with working on/developing custom interfaces 2. Working experience in SAP SD and MM Module is an added advantage 3. SAP ABAP with all other standard modules integration experience. 1 Ensure customer satisfaction through proper solution design delivery, applications life cycle management 2 Establish the required improvements plan as per identified gaps and/or defined requirements 3 Good team player 4 Conducting workshops and Gathering the business requirements 5 Indepdently need to run the development /System Integration Testing
