About Us

Bioscan Research is a MedTech startup developing breakthrough diagnostic solutions for brain health. As we scale up operations, we're looking for a versatile and proactive Admin & Operations Executive who can manage daily admin tasks, support operational processes, and assist across teams wherever needed.

Key Responsibilities

-- Administrative Support

  • Manage office operations including supplies, couriers, housekeeping, and facility needs
  • Maintain documentation, handle filing (physical/digital), and coordinate vendor payments
  • Support travel bookings, meeting scheduling, and internal coordination

-- Attendance & Leave Management

  • Maintain employee attendance logs (manual/biometric)
  • Track and manage leave records, update HR with monthly attendance summaries
  • Communicate leave policies and ensure regularity in timesheet submissions

-- Operations & Logistics

  • Assist with inventory tracking, device dispatches, and coordination with field teams
  • Help in production operations such as component tracking, basic QA checklists, and packing
  • Maintain dispatch logs, material inward/outward registers, and shipment follow-ups

-- Distributor & Partner Coordination

  • Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for documentation, dispatches, and inquiries
  • Keep records of distributor agreements and track region-wise performance/logistics

-- Social Media & Outreach (Basic Support)

  • Assist in managing , Instagram, and other social channels (posting content, replying to comments/messages, etc.)
  • Coordinate with design/content teams to ensure timely posting of updates
  • Maintain basic engagement logs and support growth campaigns

-- Events & Coordination

  • Help plan and execute workshops, training sessions, conferences, and demo events
  • Handle logistics such as venue booking, material prep, team travel, and on-site setup
  • Keep inventory of event kits, banners, marketing materials, etc.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA/B.Com/BA)
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in admin, ops, or coordination roles
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Google Sheets)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership across multiple functions
  • Exposure to startups or fast-paced environments is a plus
