We're on the lookout for an experienced MLOps Engineer to support our growing AI/ML initiatives, including GenAI platforms, agentic AI systems, and large-scale model deployments.

Experience - 7+ years

Location - Pune

Notice Period - Short Joiners

Primary Skills -

  • Cloud -google cloud preferred but cloud any will do
  • ML deployment using Jenkins/Harness
  • Python
  • Kubernetes
  • Terraform

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for ML model training, RAG systems, and LLM workflows
  • Optimize GPU-powered Kubernetes environments for distributed compute
  • Manage cloud-native infrastructure across AWS or GCP using Terraform
  • Deploy vector databases, feature stores, and observability tools
  • Ensure security, scalability, and high availability of AI workloads
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with AI/ML engineers and data scientists
  • Enable agentic AI workflows using tools like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years in DevOps/MLOps/Infra Engineering, including 2+ years in AI/ML setups
  • Hands-on with AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, or Azure ML
  • Proficient in Python, Bash, and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Jenkins)
  • Deep Kubernetes expertise and experience managing GPU infra
  • Strong grasp on monitoring, logging, and secure deployment practices

Bonus Points For

Familiarity with MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar

Experience with RAG, prompt engineering, or model fine-tuning

Knowledge of model drift detection and rollback strategies
