This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at a Overseas Fintech Group. As an Assistant Manager - Accounts & Tax, you will be responsible for overseeing -Accounting & Financial Reporting: End to End Accounting, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.MIS Reporting, Bank Reconciliations, Notes to Account and Ledger Scrutiny.Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of Direct tax and Indirect Tax filings and compliance documentationAudit Support: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changesKnowledge of accounting principles and financial regulationsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentProficiency in financial software and MS ExcelWe are open for candidates who are looking for remote work as well.Typical RequirementsEducation: Completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance.Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooksSoft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management
