Job Title: Payroll Specialist

Experience: 4-6 years

Location: Koramangala, Bangalore (On-site)

About the Role:

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at SocialPanga.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing, compliance, and HR tools, ensuring accurate and timely payroll management for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 200+ employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.

- Ensure compliance with State Labour Laws, Income Tax, PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and other statutory obligations.

- Handle employee tax declarations, payroll reconciliations, and year-end tax computations.

- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursements.

- Work closely with Finance & HR teams to manage payroll inputs and coordinate approvals.

- Address employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, and other payroll concerns.

- Ensure smooth integration of payroll with HRMS tools (DarwinBox preferred but not mandatory).

- Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and ensure compliance with the latest regulations.

- Prepare payroll reports and analytics for management review.

- Support audits and ensure proper documentation of payroll transactions.

Required Skillset:

- Strong knowledge of Payroll Management, Taxation, Labour Laws, and Compliance.

- Experience in handling payroll for mid-to-large-sized teams (200+ employees).

- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (DarwinBox preferred but not mandatory).

- MBA/Bachelor's in finance.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, payroll software, and financial reporting
