Join us if you want to build the future of Web3.What You’ll DoDesign, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for faster, more reliable deployments.Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure (AWS).Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, and automated health checks for systems.Manage and optimize production infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools.Lead and guide engineering teams in DevOps best practices, automation, and observability.Administer and manage all SaaS applications used across the company, optimizing cost and usage.Serve as the IT Services Manager, overseeing company hardware, access, and operational needs.Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance productivity, reliability, and scalability.Must Have4+ years of experience managing and deploying production-grade infrastructure.Strong AWS and Linux administration experience.Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.Familiarity with PaaS platforms (e.g., Porter, Heroku, etc.).Experience implementing monitoring stacks (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch).Strong understanding of networking, security, scalability, and system reliability.Excellent communication and collaboration skills — able to drive initiatives across teams.Good to HaveExperience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).Exposure to fintech or crypto infrastructure environments.Knowledge of cost optimization and infrastructure budgeting in AWS.Why Join TransFiPlay a key role in shaping the DevOps culture and infrastructure from the ground up.Work with cutting-edge technologies in fintech and Web3.High ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.Remote-first, global team with a culture of collaboration and innovation.Please Note: We looking only for immediate joiners
