Role : Head of Sourcing & ProcurementExperience : 15 + Years Location : Bangalore Head Sourcing And ProcurementSummaryThe Domain Principal, Sourcing and Procurement, is responsible for the delivery of sourcing and procurement services to XYZ clients. This includes leading a team of professionals in delivering a wide range of procurement solutions, such as strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiation, procurement operations, and procurement technology enablement. The Practice Delivery Leader will also be responsible for developing and executing the sourcing and procurement strategy, as well as managing the performance of the delivery team. ResponsibilitiesLead the XYZ BPM Sourcing and Procurement practice to be an industry leader by providing technology-led transformation services that deliver superior value and efficiency for clients.Chart a path to deliver superior customer experience by establishing a performance-benchmarked delivery structure supporting clients across geographies and industries.Develop and execute the sourcing and procurement strategy, including: Identifying and assessing client needs in procurement and supply chain managementDeveloping and implementing solutions that address those needsMeasuring the success and impact of the sourcing and procurement strategyManage the performance of the sourcing and procurement team by: Setting goals and objectivesProviding feedback and coachingAppraising performanceEnsure procurement services are delivered in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective mannerMeet or exceed client expectations for sourcing and procurement engagementsStay up-to-date on the latest procurement trends, technologies, and best practicesDevelop and implement new procurement initiatives and digital solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders QualificationsMaster’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field15+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain, with a focus on delivery leadershipStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with procurement technology platforms (e.G., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle Procurement)Experience with global procurement operationsExperience with cross-functional collaborationExperience with change management BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity to work with a global team of expertsChance to make a real impact on the procurement transformation journeys of XYZ clientsOpportunities for professional development and growth
