Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing financial statements, monthly MIS reports, and investor updates.
  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • E nsure compliance with GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations.
  • Coordinate with auditors and consultants for internal and statutory audits.
  • Monitor cash flow, fund allocation, and working capital requirements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for procurement, inventory, and vendor payment cycles.

Requirements:

  • CA Inter/CA with 3-5 years of relevant experience in a startup, e-commerce, or consumer brand environment.
  • Solid understanding of financial processes, tax compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting tools (Tally, Zoho, QuickBooks) and spreadsheets.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setup.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

Compensation: Competitive package
