Role: Level 3 Zscaler Technical SpecialistLocation: PAN IndiaType: FulltimeExperience: 6+ YearsMust Have: Zscaler- ZIA, ZPA, ZDX, ZTE and Deep knowledge of Zscaler Architect and DeploymentRoles and responsibilities:1 Provide L3 security infrastructure operations support including Firewall Filtering, SSL inspection, URL & App Cloud Control2 Able to Investigate the latest security standards, recent security systems, and renewed authentication protocols, performing vulnerability assessment, security testing, and risk analysis related to Security3 Incident, change, problems, escalation management related to connectivity issues in the security infrastructure. Familiar with packet capture and tool knowledge of Wireshark.4 Hands-on experience working with ZIA, ZPA, ZDX Admin Portals and ZTE implementation with cloud connector and branch connector configuration.5 Responsible for providing technical guidance and troubleshooting user issue related to Zscaler Internet Access, issues related to Zscaler Private Access and ZCC.
