Role Description

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer with 3–4 years of strong hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impact at scale.

You will be responsible for building scalable AI models, optimizing performance, and architecting intelligent systems that power next-gen agentic workflows. This is an opportunity to shape the future of human-AI collaboration in a high-growth, cutting-edge environment.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


  • Contribute to the design and development of advanced AI/ML solutions across NLP, LLMs, and Agentic AI.
  • Architect, train, fine-tune, and deploy transformer-based models at scale.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define requirements and deliver production-ready AI systems.
  • Optimize model performance, inference efficiency, and reliability across platforms.
  • Contribute to infrastructure design for large-scale AI workloads.
  • Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
  • Stay updated with the latest AI research and translate it into practical applications.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML,or related field from premium institutes (IIT/NIT/BITS).
  • 3–4 years of industry experience in AI/ML engineering with demonstrated project ownership.
  • Strong expertise in transformer models, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or other open-source LLM frameworks.
  • Proficiency in Python and back-end development with deployment experience on cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
  • Experience with MLOps, model serving, and scalable pipelines.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
