Work Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM IST (Flexibility Required)

Location Hybrid - Bangalore and Hyderabad

Mandatory Skills:

1: Azure & .NET (Sr-level position):

• Lead Azure-based cloud transformation initiatives, overseeing the discovery, assessment, planning, and execution phases of migrating .NET applications and workloads to the cloud.
• Architect and deliver scalable, secure, and resilient solutions using the Microsoft Azure platform, with a strong foundation in C#/.NET Core, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns.
• Manage and mentor a team of developers and cloud engineers, ensuring high-quality delivery, enforcing best practices in coding, testing, DevOps, and cloud operations.
• Conduct application discovery and cloud readiness assessments, identifying dependencies, migration blockers, and modernization opportunities (e.g., containerization, PaaS adoption).
• Drive cloud platform automation and infrastructure setup, leveraging Azure services like App Services, AKS, Functions, Key Vault, ACR, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to align cloud strategies with organizational goals and ensure timely, secure, and cost-effective delivery of cloud solutions.

Must Have Skills:

• Strong development expertise in .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and microservices.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure services, such as Azure App Services, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, Key Vault, Storage, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Cloud migration experience, including tools and processes for discovery, readiness assessment, rehosting, re-platforming, and modernization.
• Proficiency in DevOps practices: CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, containerization with Docker, and orchestration with Kubernetes.
• Team leadership and project management experience, with the ability to guide engineering teams, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with business and IT leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and cost management in enterprise-scale Azure environments.

2: Azure & .NET (SA):

• Support cloud migration and modernization projects, including application discovery, technical assessments, and hands-on migration of .NET workloads to Azure.
• Develop and maintain .NET Core/C# applications, microservices, and APIs aligned with Azure cloud-native architectures (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions).
• Assist in environment provisioning and infrastructure setup using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Azure-based solutions, contributing to solution design, documentation, and deployment activities.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and automation using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and containerize workloads using Docker and deploy to AKS where applicable.
• Participate in discovery and cloud readiness assessments, identifying technical gaps, risks, and dependencies during pre-migration phases.

Must Have Skills:

• Proficient in .NET Core/C# development, including experience with Web APIs, Entity Framework, and MVC patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL, Key Vault, Blob Storage, and Azure Monitor.
• Exposure to migration processes, including discovery, assessment, and re-platforming from on-prem or IaaS to PaaS.
• Basic experience with DevOps tools and practices: Azure DevOps, Git, pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes (AKS preferred).
• Understanding of cloud fundamentals, security practices, and cost optimization strategies in Azure.

Azure & .NET – Senior-Level Position:

Expert in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core, Microservices), advanced Azure services (App Services, AKS, Functions), DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Terraform), cloud migration, architecture, and team leadership.

Azure & .NET – Senior Associate:

Proficient in .NET Core/C#, Azure (App Services, Functions, SQL), basic DevOps (CI/CD, Docker), cloud migration support, and Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, Terraform).
