Chief Accountant

Experience: 10–15 yearsQualification: CA-level expertise preferredAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Main Accountant for our Head Office. The candidate should have a strong grip on complete company accounts, compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. This is a senior position, so accuracy, responsibility, and deep accounting knowledge are must.Key Responsibilities - Manage complete company accounts independently. - Prepare and finalize Balance Sheet, P&L, and monthly financial reports. - Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC and all statutory filings. - Manage audits and coordinate with internal & external auditors. - Maintain accounting systems, internal controls, and documentation. - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities. - Supervise the accounts team and ensure smooth daily operations. - Provide financial insights to management when needed.Required Skills & Experience - 10–15 years of proven accounting experience. - CA or CA-level knowledge strongly preferred. - Excellent understanding of compliance and statutory requirements. - Strong command over accounting software and reporting. - Good leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
