As an early-stage startup , we are looking for a dynamic Technical Lead who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building products from the ground up. Role & Responsibilities Lead end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable applications. Provide hands-on coding expertise in Java and Python . Build robust, scalable, and secure systems with a focus on innovation and speed. Collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams to shape product roadmap and strategy. Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering a culture of ownership and agility. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive quick, effective resolutions. Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native development. Requirements 5–10 years of professional experience in software development. Strong hands-on expertise in Java and Python . Proven experience as a Technical Lead / Senior Engineer in an early-stage product-based startup . Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and microservices. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and DevOps practices. Entrepreneurial mindset with problem-solving attitude and ability to work in a lean setup.
