Job Title: Oracle EBS Finance Consultants (Technical OR Functional)
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
Job Type: Contract to Hire
Job Description:
We are hiring Oracle EBS Finance Consultants for a leading global client. Openings are available for both Technical and Functional roles to support Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules.
Technical Consultant Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
- Work extensively with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports
- Support Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Perform data conversions and build custom objects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production and development environments
Technical Consultant Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance (Technical)
- Hands-on expertise with PL/SQL, Workflows, XML Publisher
- Strong experience with customizations, data migration, and API integrations
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Functional Consultant Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business users to gather and analyze requirements
- Configure and support Oracle Financial modules: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Create functional design documents and support testing (SIT/UAT)
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions
Functional Consultant Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Finance (Functional)
- Strong understanding of finance business processes and configurations
- Experience in implementation, upgrade, or support projects
- Ability to create functional specs and work closely with technical teams
