While hiring will be primarily driven by automated tools in the future, the HR Specialist will play a critical role in scheduling final interview calls, managing background verification (BGV), ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, and handling all HR grievances as part of HR engagement operations.HR personnel with excellent interpersonal skills to understand people's behavior & dynamics of each people. Should be a problem-solver rather than a maker & solver. Job Description & ResponsibilitiesAdminister and enforce company policies and procedures related to hiring, firing, and employee relations.Conduct job analyses and develop job descriptions.Collaborate with recruitment tools for candidate sourcing and shortlisting; schedule final interviews with hiring managers.Make hiring recommendations to the Director of Human Resources.Onboard new employees and provide orientation and training programs.Manage employee records, benefits, and compliance documentation.Investigate employee complaints and resolve workplace disputes.Administer disciplinary procedures and terminations.Stay up-to-date on employment law and HR best practices.Design and update job descriptions regularly.Source potential candidates from various online channels (as needed).Screen incoming resumes and application forms.Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person) for final rounds.Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire, and source of hire.Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard successfully.Manage and upskill employees to align with organizational goals and customer expectations through training, mentoring, and performance improvement initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations with exposure to recruitment coordination and onboarding.Strong understanding of employment law and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and work under pressure.EducationUG: Any GraduatePG: MBA/PGDM in HRBenefitsGroup Health InsurancePersonal Accident Insurance (Comprehensive Cover)Paid Time OffProfessional development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team environmentHow to ApplySend your resume to hr@securelogicgroup.co with the subject line: “HR Specialist Application – [Your Name]” Please include your current CTC and availability (immediate or within 15 days preferred).
