Position: Senior Associate - Landscape 

Role and responsibilities

Client Ensuring high Quality delivery and TAT compliance; 100% compliance to client SLAs. Ensuring closure of any feedback received on the project. People Contributing to training/upskilling team members, as required; Providing in-depth feedback and feedforward to team members on various projects, as and when required Operations Meeting individual and project level targets Ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) Misc. Displaying effective and responsive communication Participating in Learning and Development activities at various levels; supporting various BU wide initiatives (as required) Complying to all specific company policies to apply without exception, including but not limited to compulsory adherence of ISO/IEC 27001:2013 guidelines Qualification & attributes

Experience 


• A minimum of 2 years previous experience in Intellectual Property – Patents
•

In-depth knowledge of technical literature in the area of subject matter expertise


• Good knowledge of various Patent Services, including Prior Art Searching, Infringement Analysis, Patent Analytics, etc.
•

Knowledge of US Patent Law (35 USC § 101, 102, 112


• Ability to analyze complex issues and apply analytical thinking
• High level of computer proficiency in MS Office suite of applications.

Education


• ./. in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
