About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Analyst & QA Intern who is passionate

about technology, especially AI, and has a keen eye for detail. This hybrid role (50% Business

Analysis, 50% Quality Assurance) will immerse you in real-world projects where you'll

collaborate with internal stakeholders, work on AI-assisted testing, and help bridge the gap

between business requirements and technical execution.

What You'll Be Doing

● Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to understand project specifications

and customer needs.

● Analyze business processes and assist in gathering and validating project requirements.

● Use AI tools to help generate test plans, test cases, and automate testing workflows.

● Review automated scripts and provides suggestions or modifications for optimization.

● Participate in manual and automated testing of project deliverables, ensuring alignment

with specifications.

● Collaborate with fellow QA interns and the project manager to organize test cases, data,

and execution strategies.

● Assist in validating project specifications and refining QA documentation.

● Provide input into functional and non-functional testing, reporting defects, and verifying

fixes.

What We're Looking For

● Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science,

Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.

● Strong interest and/or experience in both Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.

● Basic programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or HTML/CSS.

● Familiarity with or interest in using AI tools for productivity, automation, or testing.

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

● Attention to detail and curiosity to learn and improve.

Nice to Have (but not required)

● Exposure to test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).

● Experience using collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.

● Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, or DevOps concepts.

You'll Work With

● A team of QA interns, business analysts, and project managers.

requirements and quality standards.
