You’ll be responsible for how user-generated content (UGC) is surfaced, tested, presented, and monetized within the app. This role sits at the intersection of product, design, AI, data science, and content strategy, and plays a critical part in shaping the user journey from discovery to consumption.What will you own?Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for in-app discovery of user-generated content (UGC), balancing visibility, engagement, and monetization goalsCollaborate with the data science team to improve content propagation across the app, ensuring the right content reaches the right users at the right momentsDesign and run in-app content testing experiments (e.G., A/B tests for UGC exposure, ranking strategies) to optimize for CTR, engagement, and retentionDefine and improve the experience for UGC thumbnails and show details pages, in partnership with design and content teamsWork closely with moderation teams to ensure scalable content moderation systems that align with platform policiesCollaborate with monetization teams to build and optimize paywall experiences tailored for UGCPartner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, and operations to ship high-quality, impactful product featuresUse data and user insights to inform prioritization and continuously iterate on product experiencesEnsure the pod delivers a measurable impact on key content discovery and quality metricsWhat are we looking for?5+ years of product management experience, ideally in B2C, with 3+ years driving AI/ML product development across areas like LLMs, generative AI, or recommendation enginesExperience shipping AI products from 0→1 or scaling early-stage AI featuresExceptional product sense — the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, impactful user experiencesGrowth mindset with a passion for experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid iterationProficient in analytical thinking and problem-solving, skilled at converting data insights into practical strategiesDeep passion for designing and delivering exceptionally pleasing user experiencesExcellent cross-functional leadership: Engineering, AI Research, Design, and GTM teamsDeep passion for entertainment, storytelling, content creation, or the creator economy
