We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team - ideally someone who has experience working within BPO Recruitment, stakeholder management and client management for one of our RPO project in Mohali location. It’s a challenging, fast-moving candidate-driven market, and the ideal candidate should be highly motivated and tenacious enough to keep up with the pace.We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological developments that influence our clients hiring needs.What we are looking for-End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding, for BPO roles such as customer support, telesales, and technical support.Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing methods.Candidate Assessment: Conduct initial screenings, telephonic interviews, and skill evaluations to match job requirements.Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with hiring managers, clients, and HR teams to align hiring needs and expectations.Offer Management: Negotiate salaries, close offers, and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.Database & Reporting: Maintain an updated candidate pipeline and provide regular reports on recruitment status, key metrics, and hiring challenges.Key Attributes:✅Experience: 1-6 years of experience in BPO recruitment, handling high-volume hiring from an RPO setup, staffing agencies, or in-house BPO recruitment teams.✅Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the BPO domain. Knowledge of hiring for international process voice, non-voice and technical role. (Healthcare process is a plus.)✅Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.✅Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools.Interested candidates kindly share your resume at binita.ghosh@in.experis.com
