Location: Nariman Point, MumbaiWorking Days: 6 days/weekSalary (In-hand): ₹25,000–₹35,000 per monthAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Social-Media-first Graphic Designer who specialises in YouTube thumbnails, Instagram covers, and reel cover design.This is a high-speed, template-driven design role for someone who understands how visuals influence clicks, retention, and channel growth.Your primary design canvas will be Canva — so deep familiarity with Canva tools, templates, and workflow efficiency is essential. If you enjoy fast execution, clean design, and building visuals that get attention on mobile, this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesYouTube (Major Focus)Design high-CTR YouTube thumbnails for daily news, interviews, and explainersMaintain visual consistency across thumbnailsWork with the video + editorial teams to create fast, accurate turnaroundsUse Canva templates efficiently and create new variations when neededInstagram & Social MediaDesign Instagram post covers, reel covers, and story templatesSupport the team with static creatives for announcements, promos, and campaignsExport multi-format creatives for different platforms (1:1, 9:16, 16:9)Brand & AssetsManage a consistent visual identity across all platformsUpdate and organise design templates inside CanvaSupport with ad creatives, simple motion graphics, and basic retouching (optional but good to have)Must-Have SkillsExpert knowledge of Canva (mandatory)Understanding of YouTube thumbnail psychology: contrast, faces, text hierarchyGood sense of layout, typography, and mobile-first designSpeed + accuracy — ability to work on multiple thumbnails per dayCollaboration with editors, producers, and social media teamAbility to take feedback and iterate quicklyGood-to-Have Skills (Not Mandatory)Basic PhotoshopKnowledge of news design aestheticsAbility to propose new styles or design ideasWho You Are1–3 years of experience in graphic design or social media designYou work well under deadlinesYou enjoy template-based execution but can tweak creatively when requiredYou are comfortable working on-site at Nariman PointYou follow YouTubers, news channels, creators — and understand how thumbnails influence performance
