Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Executive Assistant and Data Analyst (MIS). The role involves providing high-level executive administrative support, managing schedules, handling expense reports, and maintaining effective communication on behalf of the executive team. The Data Analyst aspect includes maintaining and analyzing Management Information Systems, generating reports, and providing insights to drive data-informed decisions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and maintaining confidentiality in all areas of responsibility are key components of this role. Qualifications Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including scheduling and calendar managementProficiency in handling Expense Reports and providing comprehensive Executive SupportExcellent Communication skills, including verbal and written proficiencyAnalytical skills with experience in data analysis and Management Information System (MIS) reportingAttention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyProficiency in using MS Office applications and relevant reporting toolsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related fieldPrevious experience in similar roles is a strong advantage
