We move fast, expect excellence, and reward it equally.We’re hiring a Backend Developer who understands that great engineering is not just about writing code—it’s about building systems that scale, perform, and elevate the entire product.🔧 The RoleBuild and maintain backend services using Node.js (LTS 20/22).Develop clean, testable JavaScript/TypeScript code.Create RESTful APIs (Express.js / NestJS).Work with MongoDB + Mongoose, and optionally Redis.Implement authentication, JWT, RBAC, and secure middleware.Collaborate on API architecture, caching, real-time communication, and integrations.Use CI/CD pipelines, (optional) Docker, and cloud deployments.Implement logging, monitoring (PM2), and resolve performance issues.Write automated tests and follow Git best practices.🎯 You’ll thrive here if you have:Strong proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and backend fundamentals.Hands-on experience with MongoDB/Mongoose.Good understanding of security and API best practices.Familiarity with TypeScript (preferred).Experience with Git and collaborative workflows.(Good to Have) Redis, NestJS, GraphQL, Docker, Serverless, distributed systems.📍 Location: Mumbai or Indore 🔗 Apply now: https://lnkd.in/dXkuUsBSJoin Arihant Capital and help build the backend that powers India’s next-gen investing experience.
