Key Responsibilities: Handle daily accounting entries in Tally ERP including cash, bank, and journal transactions. Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile GSTR-2B. Manage TDS , PF , ESIC , and PT calculations and payments. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable . Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting . Coordinate with internal departments for purchase bills, job work entries, and service transactions. Support statutory and internal audits by providing necessary documentation. Prepare sales invoices , bank guarantees, and salary/bonus calculations. Ensure compliance with manufacturing-related financial regulations . Assist in budget preparation and expense management . Qualifications & Skills: Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) Experience: 3–5 years in a manufacturing company’s finance department Software Proficiency: Tally ERP, MS Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) is a plus Strong understanding of accounting principles , tax laws , and statutory compliance Excellent analytical , organizational , and communication skills
