We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager - HR Generalist to join our HR team on a full-time basis:

Major Responsibilities & Accountabilities :

Campus Recruitment:

Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at college career fairs and networking events, promoting our employer brand to attract top talent. Talent Acquisition: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates skills through structured interviews and tests to identify the best fit for the organization. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with universities and educational institutions to build a sustainable pipeline of candidates. Recruitment Analytics: Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics after each event, including the number of candidates engaged, interviewed, and hired, ensuring continuous improvement.

BOAT/NAPS Deployment/ Career Development:

BOAT Deployment & Portal Enrollment: Oversee the deployment process for BOAT (Board of Apprenticeship Training) and ensure successful portal enrollment for trainees. Quarterly Reviews & Compliance: Conduct quarterly reviews and ensure adherence to compliance requirements under the BOAT scheme. Monitoring & Elevation: Track the completion of the BOAT training period and manage the transition process to NAPS (National Apprenticeship Promotion Scheme). Database Management: Maintain accurate records in the success factor database and keep personal files for BOAT and NAPS trainees up to date. Payroll Coordination: Provide timely updates for additions and deletions to the payroll specialist, ensuring accuracy in compensation records.

Contract Labour Management:

Compliance with Contract Labour Act: Ensure the organization holds a valid Registration Certificate under the Contract Labour Act, always maintaining legal compliance. Workforce Monitoring: Continuously track the number of contract workers engaged at the premises to ensure it stays within the permissible limits outlined in the contract labor license. Absenteeism & Attrition Management: Monitor and ensure adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) related to absenteeism and attrition for contract workers. EPF & ESI Coverage: Verify that all contract laborers are enrolled in EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and ESI (Employees' State Insurance), cross-checking with monthly pay slips to ensure compliance. Grievance Handling: Address and resolve any employee grievances, including issues raised by contract laborers, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Insurance Management:

Insurance Renewal Data: Gather and submit necessary data for the timely renewal of insurance policies, ensuring continuous coverage. Insurance Cards Follow-up: Track and follow up on the issuance of insurance cards for employees to ensure all are properly covered. Monthly Employee Additions/Deletions: Send monthly data for the addition and deletion of employees from insurance policies to ensure accuracy in coverage. Claims Submission & Management: Submit medical claims on behalf of employees and assist in the overall claims management process, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution. Risk Analysis: Identify and analyze risks related to existing insurance policies and recommend adjustments or improvements as needed. Insurance Reporting: Maintain and manage insurance data for accurate reporting and compliance with company requirements. Health Initiatives Coordination: Coordinate with brokers and insurers to organize medical camps or health awareness sessions for employees, promoting overall well-being.
