This role combines strategic technology leadership, hands-on architectural design, and client advisory to drive impact across business and IT ecosystems. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and architect innovative, scalable solutions that shape the future of digital supply chains- preferably based in India. ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise architecture design across digital supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP, Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle, Azure) for large-scale programsTranslate strategic business priorities into integrated technology roadmaps and architectural frameworksAdvise CIOs and executive stakeholders on platform direction, integration strategy, and emerging technology adoptionDrive the technical vision, governance, and quality assurance for major implementations and cross-functional solutionsFacilitate architecture boards, technology steering committees, and high-stakes decision-making forumsGuide cloud migration, automation, and innovation strategies with scalability and performance in mindOversee technical delivery health, platform KPIs, and solution stability across multiple engagementsMentor and grow senior technical talent, promote reusability and IP creation across the practiceQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / SkillsDemonstrated ability to lead enterprise-level architecture across multiple domains or platforms.Proven track record of influencing executive stakeholders and shaping strategic technology directionExpertise in designing scalable, secure, and performant system architectures for complex supply chain environmentsStrong understanding of integration design, data architecture, and cloud-native technologiesSkilled at translating technical complexity into compelling business narratives for decision-makersPreferred Qualifications/ SkillsHands-on experience in supply chain platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, Kinaxis Maestro, Oracle Cloud SCM)Familiarity with platform governance models, technical KPIs, and cross-platform delivery oversightExposure to middleware and integration layers (e.g., SAP CPI, MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services)Experience in leading digital transformation programs in a consulting or client-facing capacityParticipation in solution innovation, accelerator development, or IP contributions within a practiceThought leadership presence (e.g., published work, industry speaking, solution ownership)Why join Genpact?
