Our mission is to bring reliability, simplicity, and consistency into a space that is currently broken, unorganized, and highly fragmented.Role OverviewWe are looking for a strong UI/UX Designer who can help us build the entire design system and visual foundation from scratch. Since the product is currently in its early stage, this role will focus heavily on defining design standards, components, spacing systems, and scalable UI patterns rather than just designing screens.This is not a pretty screens role we need someone who understands how to build a design system that can scale for years and support multiple product modules.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild a complete design system from scratch (components, color variables, typography variables, spacing variables, grid systems).Define UI standards, scalability rules, and reusable component structures.Create high-quality Figma libraries using variables, auto-layout, and component variants.Establish UI guidelines and documentation for developers.Ensure design system follows WCAG accessibility standards.Support developers with smooth design-to-code handoff and maintain design consistency.Design initial core product screens using the system (once foundation is ready).Implement AI-based UX thinking in future design flows. Experience & Requirements1 - 2 years of UI/UX design experience.Must have built or contributed to a design system for a real product or startup.Must submit at least 2 case studies focused on systems / UI scalability.Experience working in early-stage or system-building products preferred. Core Skills RequiredVery strong expertise in Figma (design systems, component libraries, variables, auto-layout, variants).Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects).Deep understanding of design systems, UI architecture, and layout engineering.Practical knowledge of WCAG accessibility.Hands-on experience in AI + UX concepts is a plus.Strong grasp of scalable mobile-first & responsive design.
