Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Job Role

• Strong hands-on experience analyzing large datasets in Excel, CSV, and API-based data sources.
• Proficient in complex Excel formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
• Business Rules Implementation: Experienced in designing and applying business logic within Excel models and automated workflows.
• Expertise in handling raw data, applying formulas, and preparing structured datasets for insights.
• Ability to work with large datasets efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed in reporting.

Location and way of working

• Location: Delhi (Work from Office – 5 days)
