About the Role:



We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Marketing Automation and Lead Generation Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing automation strategies to drive lead generation, nurture prospects, and ultimately fuel business growth. You will play a critical role in optimizing our marketing efforts, improving lead quality, and increasing customer acquisition.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute effective marketing automation strategies, including email campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and targeted advertising campaigns.
  • Define buyer personas and design campaigns that align with buyer journeys, driving engagement at each stage of the funnel.
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows using industry-leading platforms (e.g. HubSpot).
  • Segment audience data to create highly targeted and personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Design and execute A/B testing campaigns to optimize email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, identifying key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Plan, promote, execute, and report on demand generation programs, including webinars and multi-channel campaigns.
  • Develop targeted content strategies and oversee content creation to enhance campaign performance.
  • Utilize AI-powered marketing tools to streamline workflows, personalize campaigns, and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of the latest marketing automation technologies and best practices.
  • Continuously analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing automation, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and nurturing.
  • Expertise in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).
  • Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A data-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement.
