Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled Node.js Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining all server-side network components. You will be working alongside front-end developers to ensure all server-side logic and integration are perfectly aligned with the front-end requirements. You should be able to design and build high-quality, scalable applications, and ensure responsiveness and eHiciency.

Tech Stack :

- Tech Stack - MERN + Hyperledger HLF (GoLang), Frontend - Dart(Flutter), Javascript(NodeJS), ReactJS,

- Java, GraphQL (Query Language), Database - CouchDB and MongoDB. Containers are deployed in

- Kubernetes Cluster, managed via Rancher.

- Cybersecurity - Implementing MFA, PKI using mechanisms in Chaincode.

- Regulatory Compliances - Implementing mechanisms to tackle Money Laundering in Gold investments, FATF, terrorist financing, Restricted Countries list, ERM, etc.

- Complying with RBI regulations in terms of Data Encryption, Redacting of customer data, Storing transactional data, and many related regulations

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js.

- Design and implement RESTful APIs to support front-end functionality.

- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate these issues.

- Write reusable, testable, and eHicient code.

- Implement security and data protection measures.

- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and apply them into operations and activities.

- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging.

- Troubleshoot and debug applications.

- Perform UI tests to optimize performance.

- Manage hosting environments, including database administration and scaling an application to

support load changes.

- Lead and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Node.js Developer.

- Strong proficiency with JavaScript or TypeScript.

- Knowledge of Node.js and frameworks available for it (such as Express, Koa, etc.).

- Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.

- Good understanding of server-side templating languages.

- Good understanding of server-side CSS preprocessors.

- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.

- Understanding accessibility and security compliance.

- User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments.

- Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system.

- Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.

- Understanding differences between multiple delivery platforms, such as mobile vs. desktop,

and optimizing output to match the specific platform.

- Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.

- Experience with cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).

- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with front-end technologies like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Experience with GraphQL.

- Knowledge of DevOps practices.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
