Role : Frontend Technology Lead

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Technology Lead with deep expertise in ReactJS, Redux, Next.js, and TypeScript or Firebase to lead and drive frontend development for cutting-edge applications. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong leadership, architectural thinking, and excellent communication skills to manage stakeholder expectations and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, build, and maintain scalable web applications using ReactJS, Redux, and Next.js

- Lead the frontend team, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers

- Gather, analyze, and refine client requirements; translate them into actionable tasks

- Integrate backend services via REST APIs and Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions)

- Ensure best practices for performance optimization, modular design, and test-driven development

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure a high-quality user experience

- Implement and maintain testing strategies using Jest or similar frameworks

- Stay current with emerging frontend trends, technologies, and frameworks

What Were Looking For :

- Minimum 7 years of frontend development experience

- Strong grasp of React fundamentals, component design, and hooks

- Solid experience with Next.js (Server-side rendering, routing, API routes)

- Hands-on with either TypeScript or Firebase

- Familiarity with modern JS tooling (Webpack, Babel, ESLint, Prettier, etc.)

- Experience with agile development methodologies

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
