We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow HRSD Architect with 7-10 years of experience to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM, and Custom Applications, with a strong ability to architect scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities : HRSD Implementation & Architecture :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions.

- Architect and configure HRSD modules, including Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and Knowledge Management.

- Develop custom applications and integrations within ServiceNow to enhance HR service delivery.

- Ensure best practices, scalability, and compliance in ServiceNow HRSD implementations.

ServiceNow ITSM & Custom Application Development :

- Integrate HRSD with ITSM, custom apps, and third-party HR systems.

- Design and implement workflow automation, business rules, and UI policies to streamline HR processes.

- Work with ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, and web services (REST/SOAP) to enhance system functionality.

Solution Design & Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD solutions.

- Provide architectural guidance, technical leadership, and best practices for HRSD and ITSM.

- Conduct system assessments, gap analysis, and continuous improvements.

Performance Optimization & Security Compliance :

- Ensure performance optimization, security, and governance of ServiceNow HRSD applications.

- Implement access controls, role-based security, and compliance standards.

- Monitor system performance and conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture.

- Expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery) and ITSM (IT Service Management).

- Strong experience in custom application development on the ServiceNow platform.

- Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting (JavaScript), Business Rules, UI Actions, and Flow Designer.

- Experience with ServiceNow APIs, Integration Hub, and third-party HR system integrations.

- Solid understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle events, and self-service portals.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow HRSD or ITSM Certification.

- Experience in HR service automation, chatbot integrations, and AI-powered HR solutions.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
