We would like to welcome an organized, innovative and process driven colleague to our team.What will your job look likeYou will be working in a DevOps squad with an primary focus on testing and supporting the operations within the Way4 application, where you will ensure the software meets the highest quality standards. establishing and maintaining test standards, creating and executing test cases, and continuously challenging the status quo to improve our test processes. You will participate in different test types (e.g. system, regression, interface, performance and end-to-end testing), contribute to test automation and focus on new and creative initiatives.Skills we can’t do withoutSome things to take into account to be successful in this role:You have a Bachelor and/or Master degree in ITYou have 3+ years testing experience in an Agile organizationYou have a minimum of 5 years of advanced knowledge of testing methodologies and various testing types and phasesRelevant certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB Advanced, CAT, CSTE)Experience in designing, managing and improving test cases and plansAbility to establish and maintain test standards and guidelinesYou are a flexible team player with good communication, problem solving and interpersonal skillsYou are comfortable in English, spoken and in writingYou have a strong sense of pro-activeness, accountability and ownershipDevOpsA strong sense of responsibility when working in a critical production environmentWillingness to participate in 1st and 2nd line support and work outside normal office hours (e.g., during releases and incidents)Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions for production errorsFamiliarity with monitoring and logging toolsProficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment toolsExperience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)Skills we’d likeYou have experience with test automation tools such as Robot FrameworkScripting and coding skills in languages such as Python, Bash/Shell, or VBScriptExperience in the financial world, especially in Cards services, is a plusExperience with the Way4 application (from supplier OpenWay) is a significant advantageKnowledge of (PL)SQL is a preShape the evolutionWe are on an exciting journey towards the next frontiers of payments technology, and we look for big thinkers, people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow.
