We seek two talented and versatile individuals to join our team as Assistant Merchandisers with Roles and Responsibilities mentioned below as per our two separate business verticals:

Assistant Merchandiser (B2C/D2C Business-Offline and Online): For offline sales and hence smooth running of our flagship 1000+ sq. ft store in GK1 N Block Market, South Delhi, you will act as a two-way bridge between "Designers and Factory" and our Store. This means one responsibility is for New Production, i.e. once any style gets a go-ahead approval from our Designing Team of three (NIFTians), under the guidance of the Factory Head, you have to coordinate with the outsourced team of Fabric Vendors, Dyers, Embroiders and Hand Block Printing Unit to get printed and/or embroidered fabric in-house. Once Fabric is in-house at our factory which is 4500+ Sq. ft, under the guidance of the Factory Head, you have to coordinate with the Pattern Master (Grading) and Cutting Master towards the bulk movement of fabric towards our Skilled Stitching Kaarigars, followed by Finishing and Quality Check to be delivered at our store. Since we are in the Slow Fashion category, you have to make sure that timelines are adhered to strictly; otherwise, escalate it to Co-Founders. In the second responsibility, once any style is about to get out of stock and the Design team, jointly with the Store Team, confirms for Re-production, you have to follow the above-mentioned path automatically. To manage your online business, you have to be regularly updated on the online demand for orders from marketplaces and our website. Following this, you have to make sure it is fulfilled.

Assistant Merchandiser (B2B Business): We manufacture for some luxury brands, which is a mix of "Cut to Pack" and "Fabric to Pack". Your responsibility is to understand the Buyer's requirements, and under the supervision of the Factory Head, you have to get this fulfilled. Here, you will act as a bridge between buyers and the factory. You have to make good professional relationships with Buyers to meet monthly turnover targets, keeping them updated on E-mails and WhatsApp groups to have a record. If the order is for "Fabric to Pack", then you have to follow the same process mentioned in the above B2C/D2C vertical; otherwise, for "Cut to Pack", you have to start the process from fabric getting In-house.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3+ years of merchandising experience in clothing apparel manufacturing is a must- Professional Written communication skills required - English- Bachelors/Masters in Fashion/Textile Design from Fashion Design Institutes or related Field

Technical Skills

- MS Excel for Open Costing and B2B Invoicing- Strong Verbal Communication skills- Strong relationship building skills- Good technical knowledge of textile, garment construction and finish- Proficient in any B2B Billing Software like Zoho, etc

Salary: Upto Rs. 25,000 per month based on relevant experience and 10% additional bonus on successful annual appraisal
