Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer for a full-time position in Chennai. This critical role will involve developing and implementing versatile solutions to complex software challenges. The ideal candidate will possess essential skills in Java and React, with proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices, and Redux to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Comprehensive experience in designing and developing applications using Java, with a robust understanding of its features and limitations (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong command of React for building dynamic and responsive user interfaces for web applications (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot for creating stand-alone, production-grade Spring-based applications with relative ease.
  • Experience in developing and managing microservices architecture for scalable and efficient application solutions.
  • Solid understanding of Redux for managing application state and ensuring predictable state management in complex applications.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for ensuring performance responsiveness and efficiency.
    • Excellent communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive back-end solutions using core Java and advanced frameworks like Spring Boot.
  • Design and build efficient front-end applications utilizing React, ensuring exceptional user experience and responsiveness.
  • Architect and develop scalable and robust microservices to support business applications across various domains.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers and product managers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
  • Manage application lifecycle, including monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and maintenance of software applications.
  • Ensure code quality by adhering to industry standards and best practices in software development.
  • Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Continuously research and apply best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in the full-stack development landscape.
