Designation: Officer/Sr.Officer - Mines (VTO) Vocational Training Officer

Unit & Location: Andhra Pradesh Cement Works, TADIPATRI.

Mandatory Requirements: First Class Mining Certificate & Shoul be fluent in Telugu & Hindi Languages

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of quarterly & annual return as per Vocational Training Rules, 1966.
• Preparation of candidate list for initial / refresher training along with imparting practical training
• Training schedule to match up with production plans to ensure 100% training compliance without affecting production
• Preparation of modules as per MVTR-1966
• Updation of all Forms & Annexures as per MVTR along with other training records
• Responsible to keep records of training and at the end of every quarter & year, send report to the Chief Inspector of Mines or the Regional Inspector of Mines having jurisdiction over the training centre.
• Ensuring 100% compliance of all safety standards and all applicable recommendations related to their concerned area.
• Active participation in safety training, safety sub committees, standard champions meeting and any safety event
• Preparation of MIS report and responsible to update QCDIP & LCM
• To know about IMS and other systems requirement and documents for Non-Conformity in section during internal and external audits or assessments.
