We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance ERP Program Manager to lead andmanage the implementation, optimization, and support of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processwithin our Oracle ERP system. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance,ERP systems, and P2P workflows, with the ability to collaborate across functions and driveefficiency improvements.Key Responsibilities:1. Program Leadership:○ Lead the end-to-end implementation and management of the Procure-to-Pay(P2P) process within Oracle ERP.○ Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration withstakeholders.2. Process Design and Optimization:○ Analyze current P2P workflows and identify areas for improvement andautomation.○ Develop and document optimized P2P processes aligned with industry bestpractices and organizational requirements.3. Stakeholder Engagement:○ Work closely with finance, procurement, IT, and other cross-functional teams togather requirements, address pain points, and ensure alignment with businessgoals.○ Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively to senior leadership.4. System Implementation and Configuration:○ Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle ERP to support P2Pworkflows.○ Collaborate with technical teams to ensure system integration and data migrationaccuracy.5. Training and Change Management:○ Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to ensure smooth adoptionof new P2P processes.○ Drive change management initiatives to foster acceptance and sustained use ofthe ERP system.6. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:○ Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the P2P process.○ Regularly review system performance, user feedback, and operational metrics toimplement continuous improvements.7. Compliance and Governance:○ Ensure that all P2P processes adhere to regulatory requirements, internalpolicies, and audit standards.○ Implement controls to mitigate risks related to procurement and payments.Key Qualifications:● Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, BusinessAdministration, IT, or a related field● ERP Expertise: Proven experience managing Oracle ERP implementations, with afocus on Procure-to-Pay processes.● Project Management Skills: Strong program management experience with a trackrecord of delivering complex ERP projects on time and within budget.● Technical Proficiency: Understanding of Oracle ERP modules related to procurement,accounts payable, and general ledger.● Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex financial and operational data to makedata-driven decisions.● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate withtechnical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Experience:● 3-4 Years of Prior experience in a similar role within large-scale organizations.● Familiarity with best practices in procurement and payment processes.● Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud or similar ERP systems.Soft Skills:● Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.● Adaptability to changing business needs and priorities.● Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams.Why Join Us?● Opportunity to lead transformative ERP projects in a dynamic and growing organization.● Work with cutting-edge Oracle ERP technology and contribute to process excellence.● Be a key player in driving operational efficiencies and enhancing financial controls.Location: Gurugram (Work from office)
