The ideal candidate will have responsibility for covering a business area, developing a deep understanding of the ESG solution, and working with clients/stakeholders in developing/implementing solutions using data that provide value to the business.Company Profile:A leading Saas based ESG software company focused technology development that delivers innovative digital platforms enabling businesses to track, optimize, and disclose their ESG initiatives. Location: MangaloreDeisgnation: ESG Sr.Associate - Product DeliveryRoles & responsibilities:Responsible for overseeing the comprehensive client onboarding process into the SaaS-based ESG Solution. This includes conducting kickoff meetings, gathering requirements, configuring the solution, coordinating with both internal teams and clients, managing data migration and validation, setting up dashboards and reports, conducting internal user acceptance testing, facilitating user onboarding, and providing training and ongoing support.Ensure regular and clear communication with clients and stakeholders regarding project status updates.Adhere to turnaround times for deployment and provide frequent status updates to clients and stakeholders.Contribute to product enhancement, issue resolution, and process improvements based on client feedback and internal analysis.Support internal training and team development initiatives.Assist the Customer Success team in managing post-go-live queries from clients.Provide support to the Research & Product team as needed.Support the team in delivery and other tasks as required.Requirements:Minimum 2 year of experience in Client/Stakeholder Management and Project Management.Proficient in ESG content knowledge, including Supply Chain/Value Chain Management and Enterprise Risk Management.Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Effective decision-making skills.Strong negotiating and influencing capabilities.Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience working in Utility and Product based company Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Contact Details: For more details on this vacancy, contact us at jobs@hiregenie.in_______________________________HireGenie is a premier Finance Recruitment Consultancy, helping companies and startups find top-tier finance professionals.
