As an SDE III – Frontend Engineer, you will lead the development of high-quality mobile apps built with React Native. You’ll help drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure that our apps are scalable, secure, and delightful to use. Join us to tackle complex problems, deliver mission-critical products, and create technology that shapes the future of healthcare education.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an SDE III Frontend Engineer, you will:Architect and implement complex frontend features using Angular or React.Own entire modules and features from concept through deployment and maintenance.Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to define, design, and ship new features.Enforce best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability.Review code and provide feedback to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability.Optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers.Contribute to technical decision-making and long-term architecture planning.Required Skills & QualificationsMust Have Qualifications6+ years of professional frontend development experience.Deep expertise in React or Angular.Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, Tailwind and CSS3/SASS.Solid understanding of REST APIs, state management (e.G., Redux, Context, NgRx), and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.).Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and E2E testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, etc.).Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and agile development.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Good-To-HaveExperience with Redis or other caching layers.Familiarity with SQL or other relational databases.Exposure to event-driven or CQRS-based architectures.Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).Security best practices in backend services (JWT, OAuth, rate limiting, etc.).Familiarity with Go profiling and benchmarking tools.
