Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Matchmaker in Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore. The Matchmaker will be responsible for connecting clients with potential matches, organizing meetings and dates, and providing personalized matchmaking services. The role involves understanding client preferences, maintaining confidentiality, and providing ongoing support throughout the matchmaking process.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent listening and empathy skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand client needs
  • Experience in relationship management or counseling
  • Empathy and sensitivity to cultural differences
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of matchmaking principles and practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, or related field


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to understand their relationship goals, values, and preferences
  • Utilize your network and our database to identify potential matches
  • Coordinate introductions and facilitate communication between matched clients.
  • Provide coaching and support throughout the matchmaking process
  • Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and matchmaking activities in the CRM system
  • Manage/plan events/mixers
