What will you do

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Solutions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging UI/UX designs tailored to our solutions team's needs. Candidates from a Fintech background are preferred. This role requires a perfect blend of design expertise, creativity, attention to detail, and strong analytical thinking to bring innovative ideas to life.

Job responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually stunning designs for a wide range of projects (presentations, brochures, events, outdoor advertisements, marketing materials, web graphics, social media assets, packaging, and website elements.
  • Creative Leadership: Lead, inspire, and elevate designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple design projects simultaneously from initial ideation to final execution while meeting the timelines. Provide art direction, creative guidance, and feedback to junior designers, ensuring design excellence and adherence to brand standards.
  • Art Direction: Set the artistic direction for projects, including visual style, imagery, and overall aesthetics. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines. But also find opportunities to break the rules.
  • Design quality control: Maintain high design standards, review and refine designs, ensuring accuracy, visual consistency, and alignment with project goals and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery. Must have package design experience with hands-on skills, knowledge of packaging structures.
  • Market Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies, integrating innovative ideas into design concepts to keep our visual communication fresh and impactful.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with marketing managers, and other team members to integrate design with content, messaging, and marketing strategies. Present design concepts and ideas effectively to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Professional Development: Continuously improve your design skills and industry knowledge, sharing insights with the team and contributing to a culture of learning and growth.
  • Brand Consistency Ensure that all creative output is consistent with the brand's identity and messaging.
  • Video Production: Create short, animated product videos Video/motion graphics experience is valuable (After Effects, Premiere)

What are we looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
  • Previous experience of working in a Fintech or B2B software products company
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high-quality visuals.
  • Proficient in After Effects, Premiere
  • Excellent communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated with design trends
  • Detail-oriented and organized with strong time management skills.
  • Influencing skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with team members at all levels.

Education Qualification - Graduate

Total / Relevant Experience - 2 to 4 years

Industry - IT/Software/BFSI/ Banking /Fintech

Work arrangement - 5 days working from office

Location - Thane
