We are scaling our technical delivery capability and hiring multiple SAP Technical Consultants for a multi-year SAP S/4HANA transformation program with a leading global enterprise client. These are long-term, fully remote freelance roles ideal for consultants who want to work on complex, high-impact SAP environments.Open Technical Roles (Multiple Positions)We are recruiting across the SAP technical landscape:Core TechnicalSAP ABAP Developer (Classical and OO ABAP)SAP ABAP on HANA / S/4HANA Technical ConsultantSAP Interfaces Developer (IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP/REST)IntegrationSAP CPI (Cloud Integration) ConsultantSAP PI/PO ConsultantAPI / Middleware Integration ConsultantFrontend / UXSAP Fiori / SAPUI5 DeveloperOData Service DeveloperData & PlatformSAP Data Migration Consultant (LSMW, BDC, BAPI, ETL tools)SAP Basis ConsultantSAP Security / GRC ConsultantIf you specialize in any of these areas, we encourage you to apply.Engagement DetailsType: Freelance (Independent Consultant)Location: 100% RemoteDuration: Multi-year (Initial 12-month contract with extension potential)Start Date: Immediate or within the next few weeksClient: Global enterprise undergoing a large S/4HANA digital transformationKey ResponsibilitiesTranslate functional requirements into technical specifications and designs.Develop and deliver SAP technical components such as reports, enhancements, forms, workflows, and CDS views.Build and support interfaces using IDoc, RFC, OData, SOAP/REST, and integration platforms like CPI or PI/PO.Support data migration activities including extraction, mapping, load programs, and validation.Work closely with functional and business teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.Participate in unit testing, SIT, UAT, and resolve technical defects in a timely manner.Manage transports, documentation, technical design records, and release notes.Contribute to cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare support.Minimum QualificationsMinimum 2 years of hands-on SAP technical experience.Strong skills in ABAP development, debugging, performance tuning, and enhancements.Experience with integrations (IDoc, OData, API, CPI, PI/PO).Exposure to S/4HANA technical concepts (CDS, AMDP, HANA DB).Experience in at least one end-to-end implementation, rollout, or major support project.Ability to work independently in a remote setup and collaborate with global teams.Preferred SkillsExperience with advanced S/4HANA concepts or conversion projects.Hands-on experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 or OData development.Experience with cloud or API-led integration architectures.Industry exposure in sectors such as Pharma, FMCG, Manufacturing, or Retail.Familiarity with SAP Activate or Agile delivery frameworks.Why Join This ProgramOpportunity to work on a large-scale, global S/4HANA transformation.Multiple openings across technical roles, enabling fast onboarding.Fully remote work environment with flexible schedules.Long-term freelance engagement with multi-year growth potential.Work alongside senior SAP architects, global teams, and advanced technical landscapes.How to ApplySend your CV to Careers@SkillsCapital.io
