What You’ll Do


As our Founding AI Architect – Agentic Systems & Reasoning, you’ll lead the design and implementation of our generative AI, orchestration, and knowledge graph infrastructure — owning the systems that power Fegmo’s autonomous agentic stack.


You will:

• Lead development of AI agents for:

• Attribute enrichment, taxonomy, and tagging

• Channel-specific validation (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart)

• Persona-based content and image generation

• Insights, recommendations, and A/B testing

• Build and maintain multi-agent orchestration using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, or LangGraph

• Design and evolve Fegmo’s knowledge graph connecting products, personas, attributes, media assets, campaigns, and validation rules

• Implement hybrid reasoning pipelines across MySQL (structured data), vector DBs (e.g., Qdrant), and the knowledge graph for multi-hop queries and task planning

• Work with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Gemini) and multimodal models (e.g., DALL·E, Stability AI) for:

• Image tagging, lifestyle imagery, video summaries, 360° views

• Integrate performance feedback loops (CTR, conversion, A/B test results) into AI workflows

• Mentor junior AI contributors and collaborate across product, backend, and frontend

• Prototype fast, ship to production, and continuously improve based on usage and feedback

Who You Are

• 5–8 years in AI/ML roles, with strong fundamentals in:

• NLP, transformers, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and LLM integration

• Python and the GenAI ecosystem (LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, etc.)

• Multi-agent orchestration tools (e.g., LangChain agents, CrewAI, LangGraph)

• Knowledge graph design, query languages (Cypher, SPARQL), and reasoning

• 2+ years building GenAI-powered tools, with experience shipping to production

• Familiar with MLOps and experimentation infrastructure (LangSmith, Vertex AI, SageMaker)

• Comfortable mentoring others, working autonomously, and building 0-to-1 systems

• Bonus: Exposure to commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon), PIMs, DAMs, or API-based content pipelines
