Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle PPM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and support of Oracle Cloud PPM modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Project Portfolio Management and a strong understanding of business processes in project-based industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects for Oracle PPM Cloud modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand project accounting, project costing, and project billing requirements.
  • Configure and customize Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including:
  • Project Financial Management (Costing, Billing, Assets)
  • Project Execution Management
  • Grants Management (if applicable)
  • Resource Management
  • Develop and execute test plans, support UAT, and troubleshoot production issues.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing enhancements.
  • Prepare functional documents, configuration workbooks, and user training materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Procurement, and IT.
  • Lead workshops and provide strategic consulting to align Oracle PPM functionality with business goals.
  • Stay current with Oracle updates and new feature releases (quarterly patches, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, IT, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS or Oracle Cloud PPM.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/PPM implementation and support.
  • In-depth knowledge of Project Costing, Billing, Capital Projects, and Project Contracts.
  • Experience with integrations to other Oracle Cloud modules (Finance, SCM).
  • Strong understanding of project accounting and revenue recognition standards (e.g., ASC 606).
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data analysis and validation.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certification is a strong plus.
