At Content Vista, we help B2B brands, coaches, consultants, and mid-sized businesses grow with AI-first, performance-driven marketing. Now, we're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and lead high-impact ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads — for both our internal growth and for clients across industries.

What You'll Be Doing:

 Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (FB + Insta).

Work closely with our designers and content strategists to develop ad creatives, landing pages, and copy that convert.

Own the entire ad funnel — from audience research and targeting to campaign setup, A/B testing, and performance analysis.

Develop data-backed campaign strategies that align with our clients' goals and budgets.

Regularly analyze performance data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversions.

Coordinate with the client servicing and growth team to understand client goals and present campaign reports and insights.

Stay on top of trends, tools, algorithm changes, and ad policies across Meta and Google.

What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (incl. GA4 & GTag).
  • Proven track record of managing ad budgets and scaling campaigns across industries (B2B or agency-side experience is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking, retargeting, lookalike audiences, keyword planning, and funnel strategy.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Events Manager, GTM, and heatmaps (e.g., Hotjar).
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset — you can spot what's not working and tweak until it is.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate with designers, copywriters, and account managers in a fast-paced remote setup.
  • Bonus: Experience with  Ads, programmatic display, or YouTube video campaigns.
