Job Overview :

RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP ABAP Developer to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of SAP programs across an enterprise-wide SAP system instance. This role requires a strong background in SAP ABAP development, experience with various SAP modules, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities :

SAP Program Development :

- Coordinate the plan, design, develop, test, and implement SAP programs across an enterprise-wide SAP system instance.

- Develop custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, and forms (RICEF) to meet business requirements.

- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards and best practices.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ABAP development.

SAP Module Integration :

- Work with various SAP modules (SD, FI/CO, MM, PP, IM/WM, QM) to develop integrated solutions.

- Understand and integrate data flows between different SAP modules.

- Develop and maintain interfaces between SAP and external systems.

Full Lifecycle Implementation :

- Participate in full end-to-end lifecycle implementations of SAP projects.

- Contribute to the planning, design, development, and testing phases of SAP implementations.

- Provide post-implementation support and maintenance.

Upgrade Implementation :

- Participate in SAP system upgrade implementations.

- Analyze and modify custom ABAP programs to ensure compatibility with upgraded systems.

S/4HANA Implementation (Plus) :

- Experience with at least one full lifecycle of S/4HANA implementation is a significant plus.

- Develop and optimize ABAP programs for S/4HANA environment.

Team Collaboration :

- Work effectively within a small team of SAP professionals.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications :

Experience :

- Minimum 5+ years of applicable experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Proven experience with full end-to-end lifecycle implementations.

- Experience with upgrade implementation.

- Experience with at least one full lifecycle of S/4HANA implementation is a plus.
