Job Summary:

The Zonal Manager will lead operations in the assigned zone (Pune, Hyderabad, Mumbai, or Bangalore), ensuring business growth, team performance, and excellent customer service. The role requires strong leadership and operational experience, ideally in real estate or rentals.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management

  • Oversee day-to-day zone operations
  • Implement and enforce SOPs

Team Leadership

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the zone team
  • Promote a collaborative, high-performance culture

Business Development

  • Identify local growth opportunities
  • Build relationships with property owners and brokers

Customer Satisfaction

  • Resolve tenant/homeowner concerns efficiently
  • Act on feedback to improve service

Financial Management

  • Manage budgets and cost-efficiency
  • Track and optimize performance metrics

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety norms

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3–6 years of managerial experience (real estate preferred)
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Analytical, strategic, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office and business tools
