Job Summary:

We are seeking a Kinaxis Support Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning (SCP). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kinaxis or Planet Together. If Kinaxis experience is not available, candidates with SAP APO experience and a willingness to reskill and upskill in Kinaxis will also be considered.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for Kinaxis RapidResponse or similar SCP applications.
  • Work with business users to analyze and resolve issues related to supply chain planning.
  • Monitor system performance, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Assist in the configuration and enhancement of Kinaxis or SAP APO applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain planning workflows.
  • Participate in incident management, data validation, and system maintenance activities.
  • Support application upgrades, patches, and testing efforts.
  • Continuously learn and upskill in Kinaxis if coming from an SAP APO or similar background.


Requirements
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse, Planet Together, or SAP APO.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning processes.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new supply chain planning applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a support environment.
  • Good communication skills to interact with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse or Planet Together is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization).
  • Familiarity with supply chain analytics and data visualization tools.
  • Strong interest in learning and growing within the supply chain planning domain.
  • Mandatory: Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews at IBM locations based on account requests.
  • Day 1 reporting at the designated location from the date of joining is required.
