Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing food service operations, maintaining high-quality food and beverage standards, overseeing budgeting and cost management, and training staff to maintain a professional level of service. The manager will also be responsible for responding to customer needs and ensuring a welcoming hospitality experience. Qualifications Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management, with a focus on maintaining quality standards.Proven skills in Customer Service, ensuring guest satisfaction and handling feedback effectively.Ability to provide Training to staff to maintain high operational and service levels.Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to ensure profitability and cost control.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills to effectively oversee and manage teams.A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
