The role:
Junior Visual Designer
📍Firebrand Labs | Full-time | Chennai
CTC: ₹3 - 4 LPA (negotiable)
What you will do:
- Design day-to-day creatives for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
- Assist in building brand identity systems and collaterals (pitch decks, brochures, merch, etc.)
- Create infographics and visual content that catch attention
- Support the design team on UI/UX projects for websites and products
- Join brainstorms and contribute fresh, fun ideas
- Collaborate closely with senior designers and copywriters
- Learn the ropes of handling projects and grow your confidence with client-facing exposure
Your toolbox (must-haves):
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Figma or Adobe XD (basics are great to start with)
- Adobe InDesign (bonus if you’ve dabbled in it)
Extra brownie points for:
- Motion design (After Effects)
- 3D/design mockups (Adobe Dimensions or similar)
Soft skills that go a long way:
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Strong communication (know how to explain your work)
- A collaborative spirit - team player first, designer always
- Drive to grow into an independent designer (and beyond)
